DLMG Contest

Announced on twitter just 7minutes ago, here's a DLMG video contest!!

To celebrate the release of The Click Five's new music video, Don't Let Me Go and the launch of MTV EXIT's online video community, here's a CONTEST TO GET PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS.



How to take part?
1) Watch the video


2) Upload your own interpretation of "Don't Let Me Go" (Duration: 30 sec – 1 minute)
The videos can be:
- monologue with a camera
- Short film
- Documentary
- Animation
- PSAs
- Photo story/ photo slideshow

To upload a video you must first:
- subscribe to Vimeo
- and then join this group

(there’s an upload button on the bottom of the page)
Mostly everything has guidelines and criteria, so here are.....


THE RULES:
- All videos must be between 30sec – 1 minute long
- “Don’t Let Me go” music video, mp3 or photos must be featured on the submitted video (Download them at mtvexit.org/​clickfive_downloads.htm)
- The general storyline must be related to informing people about the issue of human trafficking.


Deadline
- Entries must be submitted by midnight (GMT) of May 18th
- Winners will be announced on 21 May 2011


Prizes
- Video featured on MTV and The Click Five online platforms
- Goodies from MTV, MTV EXIT and The Click Five
- The video would also be shown at events leading up to an MTV EXIT concert happening later this year.
